Main Story Extra Chapter 2 - Part 1 "At the Hospital"

Summary
"Nayuta pays a visit to the hospital with Kenta. Worried for Nayuta's health, Kenta asks to Nayuta to refrain from practice. They later run into Ren."

 

Location: Hospital

 

Ryo: Nayuta, Kenta, you must be tired. What did the doctor say?

 

Kenta: It doesn't look like his condition is getting any worse. It seems he shouldn't have any trouble singing at lives.

 

Ryo: I see, that's good. I'm sure Nayuta would've bickered with the doctor if he'd been banned from performing.

 

Nayuta: Tch...it's my body. I know myself.

 

Kenta: Even so, the doctor would've told you not to push yourself. Yesterday was a difficult live, after all.

 

Kenta: Take a break from practice for at least a day or two. And no intense work-outs either.

 

Nayuta: Ah? Don't tell me what to do.

 

Kenta: It'll be all for nothing if you collapse before Fes.

 

Kenta: I'll go work out the bill. Ryo, keep an eye on Nayuta to make sure he doesn't run off to practice.

 

Ryo: Okie dokie.

 

Nayuta: So you're my babysitter?

 

Ryo: No matter what the doctor tells you, you'd just go and practice anyways. That's why Kenken just wants me to keep an eye on you.

 

Nayuta: Tch...

 

???: Huh...Nayuta-kun? Hello!

 

Nayuta: ...Ah?

 

Ryo: I haven't seen you in a while, Ren-kun. This is quite the coincidence.

 

Nayuta: ...What're you doing here?

 

Ren: I...was walking Ponchan when he pulled so roughly on his leash that I fell over. My leg...

 

 

Ryo: Did you hurt it? Are you okay?

Ren: I'm fine! It didn't really hurt but Wataru was really worried so I came to the hospital.

Ryo: I see. Isn't that good, Nayuta.

Nayuta: Ah? This has nothing to do with me.

Ryo: But Ren-kun...who is Ponchan?

Ren: Oh, um, that's the name of my dog. I found him at a public park when I first came to Tokyo...

Ryo: Ohh, you started looking after a doggie. He could become friends with Nyankotarou. 

Nayuta: ...A dog and a cat? Ha.

Ren: Ponchan really loves people, and he's super energetic and affectionate! I'm sure he'd get along with Nyankotarou.

Nayuta: Shut up, don't care, didn't ask.

Ren: ...Ah, it's okay! Ponchan is small so he isn't scary!

Nayuta: I don't care about that! ....Hah...I'm leaving.

Ryo: But Kenken still isn't back yet.

Nayuta: I'm not some shitty kid. I do what I want.

Ryo: Sorry, Ren-kun. I'll be going too. Say hi to Argonavis and Ponchan for me.

Ren: Ah, sure...Nayuta-kun, I'll see you at school! Bye bye!

Ren: (Now that I think about it...why were those two at the hospital? And...Kenken?)

Kenta: ...Nanahoshi-kun?

Ren: Eh? Ah, Kenta-san.

Kenta: What brings you here? ...Have you seen Nayuta and Ryo?

Ren: I actually sprained my leg. Nayuta-kun and Ryo-san were just here but...

Kenta: ...They left, huh. It seems I was right to have Ryo keeping an eye on him.

Ren: Kenta-san, why're you at the hospital?

Kenta: I'm here for Nayuta.

Ren: Eh!? Did Nayuta-kun get hurt !?

Kenta: ...You don't know? Ahh, you don't really check the internet, do you.

Kenta: Well, I guess there's no point in hiding it. Nayuta has asthma. It's gotten worse since we came to Tokyo.

Ren: Eh...

Main Story Extra Chapter 2 - Part 2 "Unexpected Request"

 Summary
"Ren learns about Nayuta's illness and Kenta asks him to take Nayuta out in order to brighten his mood."

Location: Hospital

Ren: Nayuta-kun...is he okay!? Can he still sing!?

Kenta: There's no need to panic. It's already settled down. He has the doctor's permission so he'll still be able to perform at Fes.

Ren: ...I see...I'm glad to hear that.

Kenta: Fufu, you sound like me.

Ren: Even so, if Nayuta-kun was unable to sing one day...

Kenta: You wouldn't have a rival anymore...right?

Ren: No, it's not that...! ...I'd be really upset if Nayuta-kun couldn't sing anymore.

Kenta: ...Well, we aren't scheduling any lives soon so that he'll be able to give his body a little rest.

Kenta: He's been in a grump ever since I gave him that news earlier.

Ren: ...I kind of understand how Nayuta-kun feels.

Kenta: Hm?

Ren: In the past there was a time when I pushed myself too hard at practice and was told I had to stop singing for a while.

Ren: It was only for 2 days but...since I couldn't stop thinking about how much I wanted to sing, it felt like a long time...

Kenta: Good grief, it seems all vocalists are the same.

Ren: Um...sorry...

Kenta: Fufu...by the way, Nanahoshi-kun are you free tomorrow?

Ren: Tomorrow? Hmm...I can't think of anything I had planned.

Kenta: I see, that's great to hear.

Ren: ...?

Kenta: Would you mind taking Nayuta out? He needs something to lighten his mood. If I take my eyes off him I'm sure he'll sneak off somewhere to go and sing.

Ren: ...Eh? Ehhhhhhhh!?


Location: Argonavis Share House

Banri: ーSo you're saying you're gonna hang out with Nayuta tomorrow?

Ren: Y-Yeah...

Wataru: Sorry, Ren...my brother can be pushy.

Ren: It's fine. I wanted to talk to Nayuta-kun so I'm okay with it butー

(Ren explains his situation)

Rio: You don't know where to take him, huh? 

Ren: I've didn't have any friends in the past so I don't know about these kinds of things...What should I do with Nayuta-kun?

Yuto: Why not go try out karaoke? It's some common ground for vocalists.

Wataru: Isn't this meant to be so Asahi can take a break? That idea makes no sense.

Banri: Why not try something that'll get you up and movin'? Something like bowling or a batting center.

Rio: Didn't Nanahoshi harm his leg? Even if it's just a minor injury, it's wiser to avoid exercise.

Wataru: Then how about a movie?

Ren: Nayuta-kun would leave half way...

Yuto: Is there really no options...?

Rio: ...Back when I played baseball, I found myself having to take a break a number of times due to injuries.

Banri: What would you do back then?

Rio: I'd do activities such as listening to music and playing piano.

Yuto: So you'd spend some time doing your hobbies.

Wataru: But...what does Asahi care about other than music?

Rio: No matter how much we think about it, we won't able to come up with something.

Rio: So Nanahoshi, why don't you take Asahi somewhere that makes you feel happy?

Ren: Somewhere that makes me happy... ah, oh! I know a place!!

Ren: I'm sure Nayuta will have a fantastic...no, a tokutastic time!! [1]

Yuto: Y'know...I have a bad feeling about this.

Banri: Me too...

[1] Ren makes a pun here. He basically says the word 夢中 (to say Nayuta will become obsessed) and then changes it to 夢宙 (from 超夢宙閃隊) which has the same pronunciation to hint at his Star Five related intentions.
