Ryo: Okay, it's done.

Kenta: It ends here?

Ryo: Yeah. It's what the song says. Let's go over it from the beginning, Kenken.

Kenta: Understood. Let's do it. 

*Sound of a bass and guitar*

Kenta: (Somehow...we made an incredible song. With Ryo's ability...we made a song like this..)

Ryo: Mmhmm, it's good.

Kenta: (Ryo is different from Nayuta but they both have a innately good sense for what's good. That's undoubtable, butー)

Ryo: Hm, is something wrong. You don't really like it?

Kenta: No...I think it's a good song. However, I'm not sure it meets with what the office asked for...

Ryo: Ahaha, you might be right. It did started changing a lot halfway through, after all. In the end it became a little too Gyro-ish, didn't it? Sorry, Kenken. It seems this won't be useful then.

Kenta: It's not like that. This will be useful...I'm certain.

Ryo: Hm, really?

Kenta: ...Could I hold onto this song?

Ryo: Of course. Kenken made it with me after all.

Kenta: Regarding what I said before...I don't think Nayuta will use songs made by other people.

Ryo: I agree.

Kenta: That being said, I think this song has the power to inspire him.

Ryo: I'm happy then.

Kenta: I'm sorry to say but...you have to be willing to sacrifice this song.

Ryo: Of course, that's fine.

Kenta: ...Are you really okay with that?

Ryo: I'll be able to hear a new song from Nayuta if I do, right? I couldn't be happier about that. 

Kenta: Well, we won't know until we try...

Nayuta: I don't care. I don't make songs according to other people's expectations. I only make the songs I want to. 

Kenta: Yeah... I thought you would say that. 

Nayuta: If you get it then we're done talking.

Kenta: Wait a second, listen to this before you go. It's a song made to meet the office's request.

Nayuta: A song...? 

Kenta: I'm not asking you to use it but I'd like if you were to listen to it just once.

Nayuta: ...Fine.

*The song plays*

Kenta: How is it?

Nayuta: This song...who made it?

Kenta: Ryo did. He made it in the blink of an eye.

Nayuta: Akebono did? That guy can make music?

Kenta: I didn't know either. Even so, don't you think he has a talent?

Nayuta: ...It's not bad.

Kenta: How strange. I didn't think you'd approve of it. 

Nayuta: Still, it's not a song that Gyro would perform. The progression of the song is boring. Give me that guitar. I'm gonna try a few things. 

Kenta: Understood. (Seems like this is going to work...just as Ryo said.)

Getting High Song Story - Chapter 5

 Location: Gyroaxia share house

Ryo: It's a good song, isn't it? It's come a lot further than the one we made. The songs that Nayuta makes really are incredible. 

Kenta: He made use of several of the original bass lines. As for the guitar, well... practically none of it remains. I guess he realized that I was trying to appease the masses and doing things that weren't really my style. 

Ryo: You think so? The guitar was good though.

Kenta: (On the other hand, he accepted the sound that came to Ryo naturally...)

Ryo: Is something up, Kenken?

Kenta: No...it's nothing.

Ryo: The song will be shown to the office, right?

Kenta: Yeah. I'm not sure I can say it's a, "Pop, catchy, popular type of song," but at least it's different to the songs we've made up until now. I'll try to convince them.

Ryo: It'll definitely work out since it's Kenken.

Kenta:...I'll believe in your words again. Well then, I'm off to the office.

Ryo: See you later. Take care, okay.

Ryo: Ah, it started raining.

Miyuki: Ahhー! That rain came out of nowhere!

Ryo: Miyuki-kun. Welcome back.

Miyuki: Huh, it's only you, Ryo-chin? Where are the other guys?

Ryo: Nayuta is always in his room, Reon is out shopping and Kenken just left a little while ago.

Miyuki: Hey, Ryo-chin...you're always watching people from the window... Why? Is it fun?

Ryo: Yeah, it's fun. When it started raining, everyone reacted in a bunch of different ways. There were people with umbrellas, people getting wet, people running in a panic and people walking by unbothered.

Miyuki: I see...well, I don't really understand how that can be fun...

Ryo: Hey, Miyuki-kun.

Miyuki: Hm?

Ryo: Even though it's pouring with rain, the people look like they're having fun. I wonder why?

Miyuki: Ah, I don't know. Maybe such a heavy downpour somehow raised their spirits? Could that be it?

Ryo: So that's how earthlings are.

Miyuki: O-Oh. Well, not everyone is the same.

Ryo: Then, our music is a heavy downpour.

Miyuki: Umm...why's that?

Ryo: Nayuta's songs are the rain. They're a heavy downpour on people walking along the street. With that, we make everyone happy.

Miyuki: But...won't they feel like crap after they get wet?

Ryo: It's fine because Nayuta will take them somewhere without rain. Look there.

Ryo: Yeah. They'll be safe from the rain if they're above the clouds. Nayuta's music takes everyone to the sky.

Miyuki: ...It's still hard to understand what you're saying, Ryo-chin.

Ryo: Really?

Miyuki: But...your point is that it's fun, right?

Ryo: Yeah, it's fun. Being on Earth and watching people are both fun as well. Being in a band with everyone tooー. It's...super fun!
